First Visit Outside Karachi: The reputation and fame of the Band for skill and proficiency spread rapidly both within and outside the Community and invitation were extended to and received by the Band for performances outside Karachi. The first of such invitations was in 1929 from the late Varas Fadoobhoy Piroo who at his own expense invited the Band to Talhar (Sindh) on the occasion of the hoisting of “MY FLAG” on the local Jamatkhana Building.
